As of today, Tristan and I have been married for 1 month!! :) Tristan likes to always remind me on these monumental occasions that we've made it longer than some celebrity copules (ex. Dennis Rodmin and wife). So needless to say, I'm so very proud of us!
We've been busy these last couple weeks with work and school, but sometime in between we've found ways to have fun!
We spent some time with our nephews, Thomas (4) and Russell (2). These boys are the biggest Utah basketball fans I know, and for those of you know know Utah basketball within the last several years you understand what troopers these boys are. Well, we got the boys into the Huntsman Center to shoot some hoops and have some fun! We also got to tend the boys while Mark and Heidi attended a ward function. We played soccer and basketball and had a bunch of fun!
We also hung out with two of our three nieces, Emma (6) and Riley (4). Lucy (2) was unable to come with us. We went on an adventure before school started. We went bowling (it must be mentioned that Emma and Riley beat both Tristan and I) and then to their favorite place to eat, Chinese Gourmet! We had so much fun!!!
Labor day was a fun and relaxing day with a picnic at Rocket Park!
We've spent the weekends with family! Some of the past weekends consisted of hanging out at Tristan's family's house (who was nice enough to feed us dinner and entertain us), watched movies and talked. This past weekend we also celebrated cute Savannah Lynn's 19 birthday! We love you Savannah!!
Last week we also bought our couch because we are proud owners of a cute little condo in Bountiful! We can't wait to start decorating our new little home!
